Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our returns team at rexbmxbikecollection@gmail.com to start the process.
2. Get Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item with its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Non-Refundable Items:

• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rexbmxbikecollection@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve it.
